I fully recommend Marlene Woodruff, without reservation as a Realtor.  My older farm house is not one that is in big demand.  After working with numerous Realtors, even listing and dealing direct with a broker, I was unable to sell my home.  The house was on the market for over 4 years.  Not one Realtor suggested the creative approaches Marlene suggested.  Advertising was very limited by previous Realtors.  Rather than say what was not done, let me say Marlene advertised my home in more venues than I knew were possible.  She was able to give much insight and was always patient and flexible, understanding our needs and anticipating them at every step of the process.  I only have one regret...that I didn't approach her the very first time I tried to sell my home.    Barb H, RN
